Mr. Solorzano serves as the firm's customer success specialist.

Before joining aiLegal Law, Luis worked in a family law firm in the state of Nevada for 3 years. He has a solid background as in customer service and office management, and a proven record of effective organizational and communication skills. He used to manage various administrative duties that directly supported the lead attorney, which included complex scheduling coordination, screening clients through phone calls and emails, overseeing cases, interpretating court orders and deadlines. Luis' prior experience includes providing responsive and empathic support to users via multiple communication channels for Khan Academy, facilitating the home buying and selling process for Movoto Real Estate, and providing customer support service for Netspend.
