Lucy Lu, Esq

Managing Partner

Lucy Lu is the Managing Partner of aiLegal Law. She leads the firm's general practice, expansion, and executive management. 


Ms. Lu's practice includes all aspects of immigration, corporate, and litigation. She is a dynamic entrepreneur and lawyer. Lucy immigrated to the U.S. over 20 years ago as an international student. Driven by a deep desire to help immigrants navigate the complexities of immigration law, Ms. Lu established a full-service immigration law firm. Recognizing the inefficiencies and challenges faced by lawyers in their day-to-day work, she then embarked on a new venture in software company helping lawyers draft, automate, and collaborate.

  • Counsel international business transactions in sales of goods or services; 

  • Counsel US and international businesses in federal investigation by Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcements, and Internal Revenue Services; and 

  • Counsel foreign business in varies industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, high tech, trading, entertainment, real estate, entering the U.S. market.
