Mr. Nethersole serves as the firm's HR business partner. Ms. Karen Nethersole has over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in strategic organization development, business operation, and human capital. She is known as an innovative problem-solver and decision-maker. She is also an attorney with experience in the area of bankruptcy and restructure and labor and employment.

Ms. Nethersole oversees the full scope of the Talent Life Cycle. She is a strategic partner to operations and corporate leadership. She successfully scaled talent development needs to over 600 union and non-union workers in less than 4 months. She designs, executes, and measures talent pipeline and development initiatives. She also provide HR Generalist support in but not limited to recruiting, compensation planning, compliance, and organizational development. Before joining aiLegal Law, Ms. Nethersole has served multiple roles from HR Director, VP Human resources, and Change Communication Manager in diversified industries.
