Mr. Morilla serves as the firm's customer success specialist. Jed joined aiLegal Law with over 10 years of experience in customer service and management. Jed is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Before joining aiLegal Law, Jed worked in varies industry, including healthcare, technology, and e-commerce, as heads of customer service. He trained team members on soft skills and customer service principles, defined and implemented KPIs for standardized tracking of development, designed compensation plans for customer service teams, improved customer satisfaction rate scores to an average of 98%, and maintained quality standards by performing audits on customer support channels.

Jed volunteers routinely in local church and community. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
