Before joining aiLegal Law, Elianet has held various positions from paralegal to manager in multiple law firms and organizations, including Fragomen, Littler Mendelson, Gagel Law, Cordero and Associates, EMS Mobility Solutions, Outreach Aid to the Americas, and Lutheran Services Florida.

Elianet is highly experienced in handling heave and diverse portfolio from simple to complex filing, such as EB-5, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, L, Blanket L, H-1B, E-2, PERM, NVC, TN, Consular Processing, N-400, motions, appeals, RFE, and legal briefs.
