Cylricka joined the firm initially as a Business Operation Assistant when she graduated from her MBA program assisting in the firm's business operations. After diving deeper in the firm's business operation process, she gained interests in the firm's legal operations. Her primary responsibilities includes preparing legal work products, interpreting data to assist attorneys in decision-making and legal review, running Jira reports to analyze case data, optimizing legal operation processes, and drafting standard operating procedures for legal operations.
