Mr. Koch serves as the firm's Litigation Paralegal. Before joining aiLegal Law, Blake had over four years of experience in various areas of law, including immigration, criminal defense, and family law practice. Blake had intensive experience running and managing removal proceedings caseload of 250+ cases, managing law firms' calendar and prioritizing workload for attorneys, preparing defensive and affirmative I-589 asylum petition; preparing and filing motions before Immigration Courts via ECAS or paper filing, preparing other reliefs such as EOIR 42A/B, as well as family immigration matters under the supervision of attorneys.
