Alex Zhang

Mr. Alex Zhang serves as the firm's CTO leading tech innovation and integration.

Mr. Zhang is an experienced software engineer in large scale transaction processing system. Before joining aiLegal Law, Mr. Zhang worked in Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. as a Manager in Derivatives Trading and Market Surveillance. He has over 10 years of experience in software development in exchanges, clearing house, mortgage technology, data, and listing services.

Mr. Zhang co-founded aiLegal, a document automation software company, with the firm's Managing Partner, Lucy Lu.  He is providing technical leadership, guidance, and direction in the firm's automation in legal operation.
