Senior Immigration Paralegals – Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Remotely in the U.S.; Full-time Positions. 

 

Job Duties:

​

  • Prepare petitions/applications for various immigrant visas (PERM, I-140, Consular Processing, AOS, Naturalization, etc.) and non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L, E1/E2, TN, O-1, J, U, F1/F2, B2, etc.).

  • Process I-485, I-765, I-131, I-90,I-751, I-601 Waiver, J-1 Waiver, etc..

  • Prepare response to RFE, NOID, NOIR, Audit, Motion or Appeal.

  • Play an essential role as the firm’s impression for current or prospective clients in client relationship management.

  • Communicate with clients diligently for their inquiries of legal matters or case status and collection of client’s documents.

  • Update case statues diligently in our case management system and case tracking system.

  • Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

  • Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

  • Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in delivering the highest quality of legal services to our clients.

  • Attend the firm’s scheduled meetings and trainings.

 

Requirements:

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, science, or engineering.

  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

  • At least 5 years of experience in immigration field.

  • Passion and interest in handling immigration legal work.

  • Familiarity with immigration case management system.

  • Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.

  • Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.

  • Fully committed to full-time availability.

  • Decent typing speed (60+ wpm).

  • 2nd language preferred but not required.

  • Common requirements to all positions in the firm as above.
