Immigration Law Clerks – Atlanta, GA; Full-Time.

 

Job Duties:

  • Play an essential role as the firm’s impression for current or prospective clients in client relationship management.

  • Handle assigned cases in the areas of the firm’s practice under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys.

  • Communicate with clients diligently for their inquiries of legal matters or case status and collection of client’s documents.

  • Update case statuses diligently in our case management system and case tracking system.

  • Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

  • Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

  • Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in delivering the highest quality of legal services to our clients.

  • Attend the firm’s scheduled meetings and trainings.

 

Requirements:

  • J.D. or LL.M graduates from an ABA-approved law school will also be considered.

  • Ability to manage 80+ case files.

  • At least one year of work experience in a professional office environment.

  • Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.

  • Strong legal research and writing skills; prepare declaration, motions, briefs.

  • Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.

  • Fully committed to full-time or part-time availability.

  • Decent typing speed (60+ wpm).

  • 2nd language preferred but not required.

  • Common requirements to all positions in the firm as above.
