Business Immigration Attorneys – Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Remotely in the U.S.; Full-time Positions.
Job Duties:
​

Represent clients with employment and investment-based immigration matters, such as H-1B, L-1, I-140 (EB1, EB2, EB3), E1/E2, PERM, RFE, NOID, Motion or Appeals.

Appear for interviews or appointments before the federal or state government agencies.
-
Supervise and review work prepared by paralegals, clerks, or junior attorneys with constructive feedback.
-
Communicate with clients diligently for their inquiries of legal matters or case status and collection of client’s documents.

Update case statues diligently in our case management system and case tracking system.

Write legal articles or newsletters for the firm.
-
Attend business development meetings or deliver speech in the community.

Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in delivering the highest quality of legal services to our clients.

Attend the firm’s scheduled meetings and trainings.
Requirements:

J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-approved law school.
-
Active member in good standing of any state bar in the United States.
-
Ability to manage 100+ case files.
-
At least 5 years of experience in business immigration.
-
Familiarity with immigration case management system.
-
Strong legal research and writing skills in preparing declaration, motions, briefs.

Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.
-
Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.
-
Fully committed to full-time availability.
