A Message from the Management:

Happy Independent Day, USA!

aiLegal Law community was full of happiness and sadness in the month of June. First of all, congratulations to the daughter of Miriam, who was recently admitted to UCLA! Miriam was from Mexico. She has been an client of aiLegal Law for over 9 years. We are extremely proud of Miriam and her daughter, Candy!! Secondly, aiLegal Law achieved multiple victories in suing the U.S. Governments in federal courts for long-delayed I-485 and I-765 U Visa Bona Fide EAD cases. In less than 90 days, those long-delayed I-485 and I-765 EAD cases were approved. Last but not least, aiLegal Law's former receptionist/admin assistant, Mr. Kareem Todman passed away in June 2022 at the age of 25. Many of your have seen Kareem in the front desk of our Atlanta office. Our deepest condolence to Kareem's family in Virgin Islands.

As part of aiLegal Law Community, please feel free to email us at customer@ailegallaw.com if you want to share news, such as college admission, career advancement, starting a new business, getting married, looking for jobs, or hiring more people in the community. Stay safe and healthy in the month of July!

Federal litigation is a complex and expensive process. There are advantages to the Client of being part of a group of claimants represented by the Attorney, most notably: The Attorney has greater bargaining power when negotiating with the defendant(s); and many expenses of litigation can be shared by the entire group of claimants, thereby significantly reducing the cost for reach individual client.

aiLegal Law has new group federal litigation projects for delayed EAD cases. If your EAD cases have been delayed for over 180 days, you may consider joining the group litigation. See our success stories for the litigation. Please schedule a consultation with us if you have specific questions.

Business owners have many options to fund their business. They can fund their business with their own money. They can fund their business by taking a personal loan from their friends or a commercial loan from banks. Selling partial or whole ownership to raise capital for your small business is also an option as well. However, you need to comply with federal and state securities laws.
