Consultation schedule
You might have already noticed that we adjusted our consultation schedule a while ago to open up more availability for the increased demands. But some clients are still confused about who's taking the consultations for different sessions. So here, we offer you an ultimate explanation:

For Wednesday's free consultations, Attorney Mara and John will be in charge.
For Thursday morning's free consultations and Thursday and Friday afternoon's paid ones, Attorney Lucy herself will take them.
And of course, if there are any urgent cases, we recommend you book an on-demand consultation, which has availability every day and is tended by Lucy.

Feedback for workflow
We've executed the case manager's daily callbacks and adjusted the case management flow for some time now. It's going pretty smoothly on our end, but we do need your feedback. Do you think it carries out better communication and faster case progress? Let us know!
