Ms. Carrillo serves as the firm's customer success specialist. Rhea has over 10 years of experience providing customer support and legal intake. Rhea is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Rhea is skilled at customer service, email management, calendar management, lead generations, tele-sales, and data entry. Before joining aiLegal Law, Rhea worked as a legal intake agent screening customers, managing customers' data in CRM, and determining options available to customers. In addition, Rhea also had experience in leads management, pre-qualifying customers for services/products offered.

As a Filipino, Rhea is proud to join aiLegal Law to serve other immigrant peers with her best capability.
