Ms. Patricia Ng serves as aiLegal Law's Business Operation Analyst, Customer Success. Patricia is acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, or issues; and monitoring clients' interaction and usage with the firm's products and services, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and recommending relevant solutions.

Before joining aiLegal Law, Patricia worked in a nationwide property management company as an on-site property manager, as well as sales and management roles in retail and fast food chain industries.

Patricia immigrated to the United States from Philippines. She understands the emotional stress and impacts on immigrants. She is proud for "coming as an immigrant and serving our immigrant community".
