Litigation Associate Attorneys – Location: Atlanta, Multiple Positions, Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Represent clients before Immigration Courts in removal defense.  

  • Appear hearings or interviews before Immigration Courts, USCIS, Board of Immigration Appeals, State Courts, Federal Courts with possible out-of-state travel needed.

  • Represent clients before State Courts/Federal Courts for business or administrative matters.

  • Handle other immigration law specialties as well, including family, employment, humanitarian, and federal litigation.

  • Communicate with clients diligently for their inquiries of legal matters or case status and collection of client’s documents.

  • Update case statues diligently in our case management system and case tracking system.

  • Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

  • Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

  • Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in delivering the highest quality of legal services to our clients.



  • J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

  • Active member in good standing of Georgia Bar.

  • Ability to manage 100+ case files.

  • At least one year of litigation experience.

  • Passion and interest in handling immigration litigation or business litigation.

  • Strong legal research and writing skills; prepare declaration, motions, briefs.

  • Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.

  • Strong desire to advance and grow professionally within the firm.

  • Fully committed to full-time availability.

  • 2nd language preferred but not required.

  • Common requirements to all positions in the firm as above.
