Work Desk

H-1B visas allow foreign nationals to work in specialty occupations that typically require a bachelor's degree or higher. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") only issue 85, 000 new ones each year, except for certain H-1B petitions that are exempt from the cap. When the USCIS receives more requests for H-1B visas than it can issue under the cap during the initial filing window, USCIS conducts a random lottery to select which H-1B petitions to adjudicate.

On "NO SELECTION NO FEE" product, our lawyers provide free services in H-1B lottery registration in exchange of you retaining our services in H-1B petition upon winning lottery.

Fee schedule:

Attorney for each H-1B lottery registration: $0

Attorney fee for each H-1B petition upon selection: $2,000

Admin Fee for each H-1B upon selection: $90

USCIS filing fee: $1, 710 (employer having no more than 25 employees) or $2,460 (employer having more than 25 employees)
