aiLegal Law offers you "NO APPROVAL NO FEE" product if your case meets the merits. Otherwise, you may still apply through our regular flat fee schedule at our law firm. 

  • B1/B2 Visa Stamp Petition

Attorney fee: $1,250 due when legal service agreement signed; $1,250 due when B1/B2 visa packet is ready to file with the U.S. Consulate; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $150

U.S. Consulate Visa fee: $160

Attorney fee refund: If the petition is denied by U.S. Consulate and a client decides not to take any further actions, the client can send us a written notice request refund of attorney fee and we'll refund the full attorney fee in ten (10) business days. 

  • EB1C Multinational Manager Immigrant Petition

Attorney fee: $3, 500 due when legal service agreement signed; $3, 500 due when EB-1C petition is ready to file with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $420

USCIS fee: $700

Attorney fee refund: If the petition is denied by USCIS and a client decides not to take any further actions, the client can send us a written notice request refund of attorney fee and we'll refund the full attorney fee in ten (10) business days. 

  • L-1A Multinational Manager Work Visa

Attorney fee: $3, 500 due when legal service agreement signed; $3, 500 due when L-1A petition is ready to file with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $420

USCIS fee: $960

  • EB-1A Extraordinary Ability

Attorney fee: $3, 500 due when legal service agreement signed; $3, 500 due when the mandamus action lawsuit is ready to file with the U.S. Federal District Court; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $420

Court fee: $502

Attorney fee refund: If the petition is denied by USCIS and a client decides not to take any further actions, the client can send us a written notice request refund of attorney fee and we'll refund the full attorney fee in ten (10) business days. 

  • Declaratory Relief Lawsuit for Denied Petitions before Federal District Court

Attorney fee: $3, 500 due when legal service agreement signed; $3, 500 due when the mandamus action lawsuit is ready to file with the U.S. Federal District Court; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $420

Court fee: $502

Attorney fee refund: If the petition is not reversed for approval by USCIS and a client decides not to take any further actions, the client can send us a written notice request refund of attorney fee and we'll refund the full attorney fee in ten (10) business days. 

  • Trademark Filing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Attorney fee: $1, 000 due when legal service agreement signed; $1,000 due when the mandamus action lawsuit is ready to file with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; 

Admin fee to cover postage fee, copy, and etc.: $120

U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Filing Fee: $250 per category
