Frances Klaire Concepcion Garcia, Esq.
Ms. Frances Klaire Concepcion Garcia is an Immigration Trial Attorney at aiLegal Law. She is an experienced attorney with a strong background in Immigration Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York and the Philippines.

Ms. Garcia is adept at preparing and filing petitions, applications, requests, motions and responses before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS"), Administrative Appeals Office ("AAO"), Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE"), Enforcement and Removal Operations ("ERO"), Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), and Federal Courts of the United States.

Throughout her career, Frances has achieved numerous significant accomplishments. She has obtained favorable adjudications and decisions for cases before the USCIS and successfully overturned adverse decisions on appeals or motions to reopen before the USCIS and AAO. Her persuasive abilities have also convinced ICE/ERO officers not to proceed with expedited removal or to stay the removal of clients with removal orders.

Frances has obtained grants of applications for relief in cases before the EOIR and successfully advocated for the exercise of prosecutorial discretion by the ICE to prevent removal proceedings. Furthermore, she has achieved sustained appeal decisions from the BIA.

Before joining aiLegal Law, Ms. Garcia worked in an immigration law firm located in Virginia for over 5 years. Her dedication to serving the immigrant community is evident in her volunteer work. She was a volunteer attorney for Migrant Heritage Commission and CASA Maryland.
