Ms. Diming Xu serves as aiLegal Law's Associate Attorney.

Diming is an accomplished young attorney with a passion for technology law, data privacy, and venture capital. She joins aiLegal Law with a strong foundation in corporate legal matters. With her exceptional educational background and comprehensive experience, she is a vital asset to aiLegal Law.

Diming earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Throughout her legal education, she exhibited her dedication to legal scholarship and excellence. As a Podcast Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and an Article Editor for the Asian American Law Journal at Berkeley Law, Diming showcased her commitment to fostering legal technology and immigrant community.

Diming's professional journey reflects her dedication to a diverse range of legal matters. During her time at Goodwin Procter LLP in San Francisco, she served as an Associate. Her role included advising clients on the establishment and operation of private investment funds. Diming excelled in drafting essential fund formation documents, such as Limited Partnership Agreements, LLC Agreements, and Summary of Terms. Her contributions extended to conducting due diligence and handling closing documents for venture capital financings in the tech startup domain.

 

During her Summer Associate roles, Diming exhibited her versatility. At Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in Nashville, Tennessee, she conducted research on HIPAA regulations and compliance in the Healthcare Law Department. Her contribution to preparing charts, instructions, and drafting hospital transfer agreements showcased her attention to detail and grasp of complex healthcare regulations.

Diming spent her 1st year of law school study in Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was a volunteer to Asian Americans Advancing Justice Immigration Clinic.
