Receptionst/Admin Assistant – Location: Atlanta, One Position

Job Duties:

  • Welcome office guests and direct them to the person or office they are visiting.

  • Answer phones and make phone calls on behalf of the firm.

  • Forward phone calls to appropriate recipients.

  • Send and reply to office emails.

  • Clean front desk areas, conference rooms, and common areas.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and coordinate with clients regarding the appointments and meetings.

  • Send and receive mail and other correspondence.

  • Check voice messages and return calls on behalf of the firm.

  • Maintain security of the front desk areas.

  • Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

  • Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

  • Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in assigned tasks.

  • Other admin tasks assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Fully committed to full-time availability.

  • Decent typing speed (60+ wpm).

  • Strong communication skills – on the phone, via email, and in person.

  • 2nd language preferred but not required.

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a receptionist or admin assistant in a professional office environment.
