Legal Engineer Interns – Location: Remote, Multiple Positions, Part-Time (Contractors) 

Job Duties:

  • Analyze, design, and implement legal documents and workflows for the automation of varies areas of practices of law.

  • Conduct legal research, draft memos explaining the result outcome, procedures, and solutions.  

  • Collect and analyze business needs of clients and law firms and implement optimized solutions to fulfil the business needs.

  • Work with product designers, software engineers, and project managers to scale the software solutions.

  • Follow the firm’s compliance policies and procedure.

  • Communicate with team diligently for internal inquiries.

  • Share the firm’s value, take ownership and accountability in delivering the highest quality of legal services to our clients.



  • 2nd or higher year of J.D. students from an ABA-approved law school, or students studying a Master or a Ph.D. program in Engineering, Sciences or Business Management.

  • Strong research, analysis and writing skills in explaining complex issues to lay persons.

  • Capability to connect dots and think out of box.

  • Capability to work independently.

  • Common requirements to all positions in the firm as above.
