Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and haven't burned out returning to work! It's another busy but prolific month for us. Over January, we got more than 130 case approvals from USCIS and fought for our clients in courts and interviews. See our success summary posted on Instagram and success examples on our website.

We understand a fast growth needs a better customer support. That's why we made some internal HR adjustments. Let's congrats Jin, our former Admin Assistant who's promoted to be Compliance Manager. She will monitor the company's case management flow to make the filing process smoother. And let's welcome Shahil and Yuqing, who joined our team as Customer Success Specialist and Legal Compliance Assistant.

New team members
First congrats on Ms. Jin Xiang's recent promotion to Legal Compliance Manager! As you maybe already acquainted with her, this is the 4th year since she joined our team. With the new role, she will be developing and implementing the firm's compliance policies and regulations to better the case filing flow.

Meanwhile, Ms. Yuqing Xie joined our team as Legal Compliance Assistant. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with an LL.M. degree in May 2022 and will attend to the firm's legal compliance matters. Shahil worked for the firm as an administrative assistant as early as 2014, now he rejoined the firm with a new role to assure the customers' success.

Rafiq has been our client since 2017, after a lengthy process with the U.S. government, attorney Lucy Lu successfully brought Rafiq back to the U.S. 6 years later and helped him to pass the citizenship interview. What a long journey, congrats!
