Mrs. McKenney is an accomplished trial attorney with a diverse range of legal experience spanning immigration, probate, and civil litigation. With a career marked by dedication and excellence, Andy has a proven track record of legal practice.

Before joining aiLegal Law, Andy worked as a Deputy City Attorney in Hallandale Beach, Florida for over 15 years, where she was responsible for the administration and performing all legal duties in connected with the city including city code enforcement divisions, municipal prosecutor, in-house litigation, supervising office personnel, providing legal advice, guidance, and legal opinions to city departments, officials, and city staff. Furthermore, Andy had legal practice experience in private sector and State Attorney's Office in Miami, Florida, where she was responsible for analyzing and preparing all phases of civil litigation cases for trial, extensive motion practice, attending court appearance, mediation, and hearing. She managed a caseload of over 300 cases in various stages of litigation for the preparation of trial.

Coming from a family of Haitian immigrants and as the only one US born Child, Andy has a personal connection with those she serves. Inspired to help others achieve their American dream, create their legacy, and write their own storis, Andy chose the immigration and litigation practice.

With over two decade of legal and trial experience, Andy brings a wealth of experience providing legal guidance and solutions tin matters including immigration, civil, and criminal law, making her well versed in offering the best client representation.
